Potatoes are one of the main staple foods, either as a side dish or main course. To roast potatoes simply chop a few large potatoes, white or red. In a bowl mix in a few teaspoons of salt and mix with a 1/4 cup of olive oil. We like to mix in a good amount of other spices as well. - cayanne pepper

- celery salt
Bake on 375 degrees f for around 40 minutes on a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silpat.
