Price Range: medium, around $15 Rating: High Description: silicon baking mat Pros: reusable, durable, good for high heat. Cons: only good for quarter sheet pans. Conclusion: We really like our Chicago Metallic Quarter sheet pan and this Silpat was a perfect match for it. Now instead of using parchment paper we can use this silicon Silpat which is very small and easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it and you can use it with any oven temperature. We also use the half sheet pan version as well as the larger baking version. Never had a problem with any of them.
