Cons: need to wash often, gets greasy. Conclusion: You can't completely replace parchment paper with this product but we think that this is a great product. We use a few different sizes for sheet pans and as a dough mat. After a few years of heavy use we have no wear to report. This version is nice with two different sizes and a resonable price.
