Pros: This pairing knife is great. It has a very sharp edge, it's comfortable in your hand, it cuts very nicely.

Cons: Very expensive. The D-shaped handle might be awkward for some people.

Conclusion: This is a great knife for tasks where the chef needs greater control. Shun makes excellent knifes with a lifetime warrenty. They are sharp, durable and of great quality. If you feel like spending a little extra, then this knife is worth it.
