Has a timer, clock, a dual water filter with a swing out reusable basket which also holds the #4 cone paper filters. Pros: A programmable feature, a nice sturdy handle and a drip free pour spout. I also like that the water level is in front so you can easily see how much there is and how many tablespoons of coffee to use. Cons: The glass carafe is a bit thin and sometimes the coffee is not hot enough for me. Conclusion: This was purchased at the local Bed Bath and Beyond which had a pretty good selection. So it was just a matter of preference. On the whole it is a pretty good coffeemaker but not exactly a Starbucks quality cup of coffee.
