Conclusion: This is a very nice and sturdy sheet pan. Generally we prefer rolled aluminum but we have had good results with stainless steel. The best thing about stainless steel is that it is a heavier pan and non-reactive with acids. So this would be a nice pan to roast tomatoes or other vegetables.
