Rating: 6 Description: Heavy, semi-professional style stand mixer with 5 quart bowl. Pros: Very Nice finish and powerful enough to handle any kitchen job. Not as heavy as competing mixers. Cons: The bowl on this mixer is not as useful as it could be. We prefer KitchenAid's Professional Plus primarily because of the way the bowl attaches to the mixer itself. It is easier to clean than this model which has a grove the bowl fits into. Conclusion: This is a very nice machine. Many attachments are available as well as colors. This is in the mid-range of the higher-end models available from the top makers. We like it but really prefer the Professional Plus model because of the bowl design.
