Brand & Type: Silpat & Roul-Pat Price range: $19.99 Rating: High Description: A silicon rubberized mat that is non-stick. Pros: This pad fits my 13 x 18 baking pan perfectly. We use it all the time for roasting vegetables in the oven and nothing sticks to it. Cons: You have to be careful not to use any harsh detergents or utensils on this silicon mat which may hurt or scratch it. Also needs to be hand washed and dried since it does get a bit oily. Conclusion: The silpat is a blessing since you don't have to scrub the baking pan & everything comes out nicely. The Roul-Pat is much larger, so we don't use it in the oven but we do use it for rolling out dough.
