Conclusion: We needed this large work bowl for bread doughs that require more working and a larger capacity. This model from Endurance is perfect. It is large, sturdy, and heavy enough to take a lot. We prefer stainless steel to glass and really do not like the OXO models that have a rubberized outer coating.
