Description: Stainless Steel stir fry pan with a long riveted handle for turning and tossing and a flat bottom to fit on many ranges. It is very durable and has a lifetime warranty and helper handle.

Pros: Dishwasher, oven (up to 450 degres), and broiler safe. It has a satin interior finish for easy cleaning and heavy duty aluminum core pieces.

Cons: It is quite large and heavy.

Conclusion: We don't use this pan nearly enough. It heats the food evenly and holds a large amount of food. It is such a nice stir fry pan to use and always looks brand new.

One of the best uses we have found for this pan is to stir fry directly on the coals of a very hot fire. Because it is stainless steel you can use any temperature and it fits great right in a small Webber grill with the grate removed. It fits right in the coals, even up around the edges.
