Brand & Type: All-Clad Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls Price range: High, $100 - $150 Rating: 7 Description: Three Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls (1 1/2 quart, 3 quart & 5 quart) Pros: looks great, well made. Cons: expensive, may be too heavy for some. Conclusion: Very nice, well made work bowls that are for the very serious only. They are too expensive for the casual home cook - but just perfect for the home chef! Good work bowls are always a necessity in the kitchen and these are so nice you might want to have two sets. You can't have too many bowls, but we like glass as well.
From the manufacturer: "Large side handles offer a secure grip for mixing at any angle while rolled rims facilitate pouring and keep drips to a minimum. Made of heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel that won’t react with acidic ingredients, the bowls have a gleaming polished finish that is easy to clean. The three sizes nest for storage. 3-qt., 5-qt., and 7-qt. cap. Dishwasher safe" The bowls can be found at Williams-Sonoma
