Pros: Like all All-Clad products, this copper finish saute pan is made to last. Cons: Price. The biggest issue with this pan, although very nice, is the price. Conclusion: This is a great pan. The 3 quart shallow size is perfect for so many kitchen tasks. We find that these are a great size to sautee pearl onions for sauces or sear meats and create sauces. This is a great size for frying chicken or creating a sauce. The real problem here is the astronomical price. And for this price you have many great competing brands.
