Pros: Like all All-Clad products, this non-stick fry pan is of great quality. Nice LTD exterior finish. Cons: Price. The biggest issue with this pan, although very nice, is the price. We have tested the Farberware 10 inch Non-Stick Fry Pan, which has worked wonderfully and is extremely low priced. We can't see why you need an expensive non-stick, considering when it gets scratched it's useless. Conclusion: Non-stick cookware, given its popularity is the most used type of coating. We prefer to use non-stick for very specific tasks only, such as cooking eggs. This is a great multi-purpose size, even though it is expensive.
