Description: 48 blade meat tenderizer. Tenderizes meats to reduce cooking/marinating time, meat shrinkage.

Pros: Can be used on all types of meat, fish or poultry. Because there are so many teeth (blades) you don't need to make too many passes so you don't damage the meat.

Cons: Many people might find this unnecessary if they don't use tough cuts of meat.

Conclusion: We really like this device. Recently we made a salsbury steak and did not have the benefit of this tool and had to use a traditional meat tenderizer, which of course does work, but it flattens the meat too much. This tool is much more gentle, and it can even be safely used on fish.
