We made a simple white chocolate ganache and topped this simple dessert with fresh blueberries. Filo, or phyllo dough is made of unleavened paper-thin sheets of flour and water. We had some frozen and placed the folded sheets on a sheet pan to thaw. It thaws very quickly and then you can work with it pretty easily.

We then folded the sheets to fit a muffin pan and baked the dough for 12 minutes at 350° F. After the dough cooled we poured in the white chocolate ganache and chilled the dessert and then topped with blueberries.

It was a so-so dessert. The filo dough is rather tasteless and next time we would use either a sweet dough or a butter crust.
