| Method: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Cut in butter and stir in half the walnuts, all the raisins and all the cranberries. Add the eggs, milk & vanilla.
Mix just until ingredients are blended and then place in a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan or long bread pan. Sprinkle remaining walnuts over top.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 60 -70 minutes.
