Ingredients 1 teaspoon gelatin 2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Method
Place the gelatin with water in a small sauce pan and let bloom. Then melt by heating gently. Whip the cream then pour in the melted gelatin and slowly add the sugar and vanilla.
