This simple sauce complements pulled pork, or other meats on sandwiches. Ingredients: - 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup BBQ (any type)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worchester Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Simply whisk together in a work bowl, make sure it is not too thick. Since we used it on pulled pork, it was designed to be thin. For a pulled pork sandwich simply put on a lot of pork and pour on a nice layer of sauce.
