This is a great holiday cocktail to have while you are cooking or for your dinner guests. This is also a great method to have non-alcoholic drinks. Just replace the sparkling wine and triple sec with tonic water or seltzer water. Makes 2 Cocktails Method Add triple sec, cherry juice and then top off with sparkling wine. Add one cherry to each drink. You don't need to use a high quality wine with this type of drink so if you find a $4 bottle of California sparkling that you might not want to serve alone this is a good way to make a little go a long way.
