| | This turned out to be a very nice and refreshing drink. To use orange liqour (cointreau or other), gives it such a nice touch. First, we simply added rum, orange liquor and lemon juice, but as we thought it needed a little more sweetness we added a small amount of amaretto and cherry juice. It turned out quite nice.
2 part light rum
1 part orange liquor
1 part lime & lemon juice
1/4 part amaretto
1/4 part marchiano cherry juice
Shake well with ice and serve in coctail glasses with 1 cherry per drink.
