Ribeye Steak is a very tender flavorful cut of meat that you do not want to cook too much. Ribeye Steak We started with two cuts, about 1 pound each and seared them over high heat in a 12 inch cast iron grill. If you cook them for about 4 - 4 1/2 minutes on each side and then let them rest for 15 minutes covered in aluminium foil you will have a nice medium rare steak. Steak Fries Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the steak fries in wedges all about the same size and cover in spices and the oil. Bake for about 1 hour. We like the fries crispy so sometimes we may put the heat up and cook for a little longer.
