1 1/2 measure or 6 tsp gin
3/4 measure or 3 tsp ruby port
1/4 measure or 1 tsp orange bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients in a pitcher with ice,strain into a cocktail glass.
Squeeze a piece of lemon rind over the surface and drop into drink.
