2 measures or 3 tbsp gin
3 measures or 4 1/2 tbsp pineapple juice
2 measures or 3 tbsp grapefruit juice
1/2 measure or 2 tsp grenadine
Method:
Shake all ingredients well with ice, strain into a large wine glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange.
