Orange Glazed Pork Roast Ingredients - 3 pound pork tenderloin
- 4 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brandy
Method Pork Roast Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F Place the pork roast in a brine for at least 2 hours. Then rinse under cold water. Dry the pork, then salt and pepper the roast and rub with some olive oil. Heat a 10-12 inch cast iron grill pan on medium for at least 5 minutes. When the pan is fully heated place the roast in. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side. During the cooking process do not move the meat. Then place your thermometer in the roast and place it in the oven. When the internal temperature reaches around 130 degrees F take the roast out and place on a cutting board and cover with foil and rest for around 15 minutes. During this period the roast will rise in temperature at least 10 more degrees. Slice very thin and drizzle the glaze on the slices. Glaze heat up the marmalade, butter and brandy in a 1 quart sauce pan.
