The price of this dish is quite high, considering that this is a very basic, week-night type of meal. There are a couple of ingredients that bring up the cost such as pimentos, wild rice and fresh beans. To reduce the cost somewhat, try to find cheaper green beans and possibly omit the pimentos or replace with some chopped pimento-filled green olives. Wild rice certainly adds a different touch, however you could replace the more expensive wild rice with regular brown rice.
