These molten lava cakes basically contains straight-forward ingredients that aren't difficult to find, nor very expensive. Cointreau is a famous orange liqeuer brand with a price reflecting the known brand, however any generic type of orange liqeuer would probably do fine (or if you have some other kind of fruit liqeuer, use that!)...
