15ml or 1 tbsp sugar

4 sprigs fresh mint

2 measures or 3 tbsp gin

Method:

Dissolve the sugar in a little water in a cocktail shaker,add the mint using a muddler,

press the juice out of the leaves, add crushed ice and the gin. Shake and strain into a

small wine glass. Add fresh mint sprigs to garnish.
