2 measures or 3 tbsp gin
juice of half a large lemon
1 measure or 1 1/2 tbsp grenadine
1 egg white
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice making sure the egg is incorporated.
Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
