This is such an old classic casserole with mushroom soup, green beans and fried onion. Simple to put together and a tradition in many families during the holidays.
Ingredients:
- 1 10-1/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz ) French style or cut green beans, drained
- 1-1/3 cups (2.8oz can) French fried onions
Method:
In a 1/1/2 qt casserole dish combine soup, milk, pepper and mix well. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup of onions. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 min. Stir and sprinkle the rest of the onions on top of the dish and bake for another 5 min.
