 | | Celery Root - Celeriac A root vegetable that can be used raw or cooked. A good flavoring for soups and stews or can be roasted that is avilable all year. Part of the celery family and when cooked has the flavor of parsley and celery. A serving size is about 1/2 cup cooked.
