1 measure or 1 1/2 tbsp Plymouth gin 1 measure or 1 1/2 tbsp dry vermouth 1/2 measure or 2 tsp Galliano 1/4 measure or 1 tsp blue curacao 2 measures or 3 tbsp sparkling bitter lemon Method: Shake the first four ingredients with ice Strain into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice Add the bitter lemon, garnish with slice of lemon
