Almond Paste is made from ground almonds or almond meal and sugar. A sweetner and all natural nut paste. Used as a filling for pastries, cookies, crossiants, candy, cheesecake, muffins and chocolate. Found in cans and tubes from the grocery stores or you can make your own.
